I’m a seasoned Interior Design Business Consultant dedicated to helping interior designers build efficient, profitable, and scalable businesses.

With over 30 years of business management experience—including 10+ years supporting interior design principals and their teams—I bring a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on operational know-how. I’ve held leadership roles as Business Manager, Director of Operations and Marketing, and Financial and Procurement Director across multiple high-performing design firms.

I know firsthand how demanding it is to balance creativity with the realities of running a business. My mission is to provide the structure, systems, and strategy that allow interior designers to do what they do best—design—while I optimize the rest.

Fun Facts:

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 35 years. I have 3 daughters, including a set of identical twins. We are the proud grandparents of Millie Ann. I was born and raised in Naples, FL, and have spent the past 17 years living in Nashville, TN.
